I have an old Novatron Studio Strobe system, which triggered through a cord attached to my Nikon F2 or Hasselblad Film Cameras. Is there an attachment or devise that will allow me to use this same system with my Nikon D2X Digital Camera ?? Since I probably can no longer hook these strobes “directly” to the camera, as before, because it will fry the camera, maybe there is a “remote” system which I can attach to the strobe control box?
If you use anything like this, please let me know how it works, what brand and model you’ve got, and where you got it.

Many of these remote devises require a large jack socket. My power box does not have that. It has only a PC port to connect to the camera.
The strobes can ONLY be triggered through the control power box, NOT with slaves attached to each flash head. The socket on the box is a standard household wall type.

because you care about your country and believe in the rule of law you think that the “only solution to illegal immigration is either deport ALL 12 million illegals or CUT ALL public services so they ALL self deport”….but you know neither is realistically possible.and as a result your”only solution “will not happen and the goals you’re seeking will not be achieved…
.It’s more intelligent to change the reasoning a bit and that will serve the best of your goals as an anti immigrant who wants to reduce to the minimum possible any negative consequences related to the existence of 12 million illegals in the US.
Let’s be logic ..you are anti illegal immigrant for legitimate reasons that you often don’t declare,including many of the following:the facts that many(not all)illegal immigrants have entered illegally,or don’t have a proven ID to make sure of their background,or are little or not educated,or have no promising potential,or are unready or unable to adapt,or are unwilling or unable to learn or speak english,or engage in substandard ways of living or social habits,or tend for whatever reasons to get into unplanned marriages and poorly planned births ,or overburden the public services,and many other tendencies related to stress,selfishness,low self esteem,indifference,instability,low education,culture etc.
All these problems that frustrate you will not go away nor decrease if people ignore the whole issue or insist only on extreme ideal “solutions”that everybody knows will not happen..(everybody says it’s inapplicable to deport 12 millions…and by the time you succeed in cutting ALL services to push them to self deport,they are already 14 millions,isn’t that counter productive?)
THE BEST SOLUTION :>support a SELECTIVE immigration reform by cathegory based on a veriety relevant criteria to classify immigrants individually according to what they are and how they behaved and how close they are to the good standards,and treat them accordingly;for example :exclude all criminals,implement stiffer punitive measures and burdens and fines and compulsory programs(community service,orclasses,or 1 year waiting out of the US..)to the following categories:those who entered illegally,or don’t have any provable ID,or lived in the US for less than 3 years ,or married an illegal alien ,or have children with an illegal alien ,or overused public services,or have low education,or fail english test,or can’t prove any meaningful skill or talent,or have a history of delinquencies,or drive without licence…On the other hand support a lenient treatment and an easier path for those undocumented immigrants with better points of merit or clearly did an effort to remain closer to good standards ,that includes those who at least entered legally,or are able to prove their identity,have some good educational level,or pass an english test,or have some meaningful skill and potential,or avoided to marry or have children with an illegal alien,or generally remained mindful of good social standards while living in the US.
